Plates Eatery & Catering Co. caters to the needs of the Comox Valley, offering fresh products at reasonable prices. We excel at Meetings, Seminars and Group Functions. Full service includes three vehicles dedicated to delivery and pickups. Our menus have been fine tuned over time, focusing on what businesses, organizations and personal customers have requested the most, whether for economic reasons or popularity. With such a varied selection of menus to choose from you will likely find one to suit your needs and budget. If you don't, we will work with you to create a custom package.

The Fine Print Up Front
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of catered events costing $1000.00 or more with less than 2 weeks notice are subject to a 25% cancellation charge.
Gratuities
A 15% gratuity will be added to your bill on all meals requiring service staff.
Service Charges
A 15% service charge will be added to your bill on all meals requiring service staff.
Deposits & Final Payments
A deposit of $100 is required upon booking.
The final payment is due on the day the bill is prepared unless previous arrangements have been made.
Payment Options
Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Debit Card (at restaurant).
Delivery Charges
There will be a delivery charge of $15 on all orders less than $100.00. Additional surcharge of $30 will apply to evening caterings less than $500.
Confirmed Numbers
We require 48 hours notice of final number attending, billing will be made according to this number.
